Physiotherapists Required by TTM Healthcare in a Large Innovative Teaching Hospital in South East London.

These Roles Will Vary From Band 5 up to Specialist Roles and We Will be Offering Locum Roles with an Immediate Start With Excellent Opportunities for Extension.

Description:
These posts are based in the Re-ablement team. This is a multidisciplinary team visiting clients in the community on discharge from hospital if they have a new or lapsed care package and need rehabilitation. The caseload is largely ortho, elderly rehab and post surgical.
Requirements:

-Recognised Physiotherapy Degree Qualification or equivalent
-Must have valid HCPC
-Broad base of skills including falls, elderly, orthopedics and dementia
-Knowledge of safeguarding
-Demonstrate developing motivational skills
-The ideal candidate will be kind responsible and respectful
-Car driver and intermediate care experience desirable
-Must be willing to work weekends if necessary
