Technical environment: MS XP, 2003 and 2008, Office 2003, HP Servers, Oracle 10g/11g RDBMS and TCP/IP networking (CISCO)

Responsibilities
* Working with customers and QA team to develop solutions to meet customers needs.
* Working in a test driven environment.
* Develop technical designs to address the customer's functional requirements.
* Developing high-quality, robust applications, using the most appropriate tools and techniques, on time and within budgets.
* Ensuring all development is documented

Requirements:

* Object Oriented PHP programming.
* Oracle 10 PL/SQL.
* Javascript, HTML
* XML/XSLT
* Test Driven Development is essential
* Experience Pair programming
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good professional conduct, presentable to customers.
