PHP/Perl Engineer

This is an exciting contract job opportunity for a PHP/Perl Developer to join one of the UK's leading Media and Internet Service providers at their offices based in Hampshire on an initial 3 month contract basis and work on an industry leading media streaming project for an instantly recognisable brand.

A suitable candidate must have an expert understanding of either PHP or Perl Development and be able to join a project which is currently in progress.

This project revolves around the design and development of a RESTful Network API and requires someone with an excellent understanding of complex PHP/Perl Development principles and proven ability to develop SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) driven projects with use of MIBS (Management information base) and OIDs (Object identifiers) as the project is based around these technologies.
