PHP Developer/Development Lead

My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Development Lead to join their them and lead a team of developers/engineers in the development of business-critical software applications based in Belgium. The Development Lead will have extensive experience working within the PHP programme language particularly the Symfony and Laravel frameworks.
Key Responsibilities/duties (what will the candidate be doing)
1. Turning functional requirements into technical solutions
2. Leading a team of 3-4 developers
3. Performing impact analysis of the project and being able to identify and correct code.
4. Ensure the use of structured methods and techniques
Key skills required
1. PHP programming language with Symfony/Laravel frameworks
2. Experience with JQuery, SQL, REST, SOAP, GIT and WebSocket
3. Experience with React and JavaScript
4. Fluent Dutch (written and oral)
Location: Belgium
Duration: 3 months (extensions likely)
Rate: Negotiable
