My client is urgently looking for a PHP/ MySQL Developer with a strong software engineering background. You will have significant experience developing the front and back ends of internal applications for our clients. Ideally you will also have experience working in the CakePHP framework.

You will have the self - confidence to suggest and defend ideas to an internal team. You will not always be working in teams so you should feel confident working on your own and with non-technical colleagues to come up with creative solutions.

Key Skills:

* Primary development experience working with PHP
* Strong MySQL experience (SQL queries, tables)
* Familiarity with Web Standards, Accessibility Standards and cross browser compatibility
* A proven record in collaborative working both on your own and with other developers

* Good communication skills - to present your point of view and back yourself
* Real attention to detail both front and back end
* To show examples of technically challenging and beautifully executed work for clients
