PHP Developer

Our Chapel Hill-Durham Health Care client has an immediate 6 month contract requirement for two (2) mid-level PHP Developers. Java experience is a plus! Contract extensions could go to a multi-year scenario.

Project scope is building a patient pre-visit survey application based on PHP and LimeSurvey. This will be mostly Front End development, but SQL and DB2 experience will be a plus. LimeSurvey (a/k/a PHPSurveyor) experience would be a real plus if you have it. This will be a pure-play contract with heavy emphasis on PHP. Java experience will enable you to add value over the long term. This project ultimately contributes to the overarching electronic health records (EHR) projects and initiatives. Technical environment features include Java, JEE, WebSphere, DB2, SQL Server, and Rational IDE. No travel, business casual, comfortable offices and a convenient Chapel Hill-Durham area location.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years PHP experience.
- 2+ years SQL and/or DB2 experience.
- LimeSurvey (PHPSurveyor) experience a plus.

Desired Skills:

- 2+ years Java experience.
- Agile experience.
- Health care industry experience.
