IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Develop and qualify shipping methods and tertiary packaging for temperature sensitive products
-Testing and release packaging materials
-Packaging technical support on packaging components
-Support for packaging material specifications
-Define specification documentation and processes for warehouse and distribution requirements
-Development of new materials and/or alternate packaging materials as appropriate

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Knowledge of mechanical and thermal testing methodologies
-Knowledge of warehouse and distribution equipment and processes
-Knowledge of thermal packaging and insulation materials
-Tertiary packaging development including labels, corrugated boxes, closure tapes, and pallets
-Knowledge of computer systems including statistical software such as Minitab, Microsoft office tools including MS project, and Adobe
-Understanding of packaging material selection with regard to biocompatibility
-Knowledge of ISTA, USP, FDA, ISO and ASTM standards for packaging design and validation
-Develop and maintain packaging specifications, decide on necessary content within desired context (supply specs, manufacturing specs, etc.)
-Knowledge and a understanding of Primary and Secondary
-Packaging development activities
-Support design control documents and processes such as FMEA, design verification, and user requirement specification
-Support change control processes and packaging material transfers from other sites
-Support QA vendor audit teams
