A leading healthcare manufacturing organisation is looking for a Lead Process Engineer at their plant in Zuid-Holland for a period of 9 months. This company mainly focussing on the EMEA region has multiple locations in The Netherlands.

About the role

The main responsibility for the lead process engineer will be to supply support across Manufacturing, providing expertise in their specialist field to deliver improvement projects and new product introductions, to increase the efficiency, effectiveness and success of Manufacturing and Supply Operations to the business. This role requires you to lead a team of 4 more process engineers.

Furthermore, you're responsible for:

*Ensuring processes regarding validation activities and thus working closely together with the validation engineers
*Leading and managing technical transfers
*Sharing process knowledge and expertise in all manufacturing processes.

Ideally you profile looks like this:

*You have a BSc. or MSc. in (bio) chemistry or other relevant area
*Provable experience working in pharma, (bio) chemical industry/sector as a process engineering expert
*Strong analytical skills
*Thorough GMP knowledge
*Strong advantage is knowledge on ISO 13485 and Prince 2 certification
