PEX Change Agent

Digital PEX Change Agent wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- University degree or equivalent
- 3+ years working experience in Project Management, especially in the financial services industry
- Extensive experience in Process Optimisation, Continuous Improvement, Robotics Process Automation, RPA tools, Target Operating Model design, Business Process Management as well as Agile
- Strong understanding of operational processes in the financial services industry along with good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
- Ability to travel at least 25%
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Coordinating Voice of the Customer, Process Efficiency, Metrics & Results, Mindsets & Behaviors and Organization and Skills
- Solving the problems and optimising of processes with a focus on Continuous Improvement
- Delivering PEX initiatives, which include optimisation projects and Target Operating Model design
- Identifying suitable processes for automation by leading opportunity assessments
- Implementing solutions and ensuring the sustainable change
- Collaborating with Digital PEX engagement leads in addition to solution design specialists in identifying automation solutions
- Being responsible for the coaching of client teams on tools and methods
