Job Title: Personal Injury Claims Advisor
Location: Kent
Daily Rate: £200 - £225 per day
Key Skills: Injury Claims Handling Experience or (PI) Personal Injury Exposure or Current Liability Claims Handling experience.
We are looking for a Personal Injury Claims Handler to work through to the settlement and closure of each claim. The Personal Injury Claims Handler will need to be able to demonstrate an appreciation of the financial dynamics of claims investigation and the negotiation process.
The Successful Personal Claims Handler will need ensure the maintenance of portfolio of files, accurate reserving in line with our philosophy and in conjunction with economic considerations, negotiate settlement of your cases for the lowest financial outlay. The Claims Handler will also need to comply with best practice, FSA requirements and the complaints procedure.
The role will start in early January.
