We are currently recruiting for a Personal Banker to work 21 hours per week in our Alloa branch.

Your Role

At Santander we're aiming to make everything simpler. When our customers speak with us, we try and offer a straight forward and simple service supported by a portfolio of great products.

As a Personal Banker we'll be counting on you to provide a great customer experience and to build long lasting relationships with customers that adds value to them and creates loyalty. You will provide information on our great range of products and services and help customers find the right ones to meet their personal needs. You'll work closely with your colleagues in branch and across departments to ensure customers are looked after for their full range of day-to-day needs as well as their longer term goals.

What we will be looking for in you

As a Personal Banker you will need excellent listening and communication skills, a high level of motivation and previous experience of: -

Building and developing long lasting relationships with customers

Delivering outstanding customer experiences to grow customer loyalty

Team- working to deliver common goals

In addition, as you'll be working in a regulated environment a high level of numeracy, attention to detail and computer literacy are also essential.
