PERSONAL ASSISTANT - PA, GOVERNANCE - INVESTMENT BANKING

For this top tier investment bank we are looking for a PA to join The Risk Policy & Governance team which is part of the Risk Control department, which itself is part of the Risk Division at the Investment Bank.

The Risk Division is structured to cover Credit Risk, Market Risk, Contingent Risk, and Operational Risk, with additional teams covering Risk Control, Portfolio Risk, Settlement Risk, and Risk Infrastructure.

MAIN DUTIES

The main duties and responsibilities will be in relation to the management and operation of select key risk management committees, including:

- Preparation of meeting materials involving liaison with various departments across the Bank including Regulatory Liaison, Model Validation, Risk Managers, and Quantitative Analytics to obtain materials.
- Agenda management - liaison with senior management to review and agree agendas.
- Attendance at meetings to ensure meeting is conducted in accordance with Committee Terms of References.
- Review and submission of meeting minutes.
- Ensuring actions arising from meetings are followed up in timely fashion.
- Other ad-hoc tasks related to committee management.
- Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Operational Risk Framework and internal Policies and Standards.
