PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced PERSONAL ASSISTANT to join one of their clients, a well renowned global consultanc based in Zurich. For this temporary assignment based in Zurich, we are seeking an German and English speaking candidate who is immediately available.

DUTIES:

- Proven experience in supporting CxO and Senior business leads in administrative tasks
- Scheduling of Executive's appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
- Preparing reports - collecting data, analysing information and transforming into presentations
- Strong communication skills in both English and German - Telephone and Email correspondence
- Records meeting discussions/minutes
- Dynamic and flexible

SKILLS:

- Strong writing, communication and reporting skill
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a comparable position
- Microsoft Office Suite
- German and English - Fluent - French is a nice to have

LOCATION: Zurich

START DATE: ASAP

DURATION: 6months +
