OVERVIEW:

Our market leading insurance client are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to join their organisation. In this fixed-term role, the Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and the Financial Controller. In addition, this successful candidate will provide local secretarial support to other ExCo members when working away from their base.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Experience in a PA/secretarial role within an insurance company or similar large corporate organisation
- Providing PA support to senior stakeholders up to board/executive level
- High level of attention to detail, excellent organisation and a proven ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence others
- High level of proficiency in operating PC systems, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferably with supporting qualifications/evidence of courses of study
