Performance Test Engineer wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Qualification in test engineering along with working experience as a senior JEE engineer
- Experience in performance testing within a banking environment as well as certification in JAVA will be of advantage
- 8+ years of experience in IT (development, architecture) with an engineering attitude in terms of structured analysis of complex systems and problem approaching
- Excellent hands-on knowledge for Java (Architecture, Design-Pattern, Run-time), C++/C# and Oracle as well as solid experience with performance test tools, like JMeter and Loadrunner
- Experience in enterprise monitoring, database performance tuning, distributed caches, BigData, Linux/Unix system tuning, Windows performance tuning and mobile technologies
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Approaching, arranging, executing, determining and reporting technical tests for applications and systems including performance, scalability and stability tests
- Evaluating non-functional requirements for software products and IT systems as well as system design and architectural specification
- Supporting the team in planning and implementing tests along with analysing and consulting on application/system run time behavior
- Checking the technical quality of the products in scope as well as creating strategies and planning for technical tests of IT system
