- Newly/Part Qualified Accountant (or equivalent)

- Analytical thinking with methodical and logical approach
- Team Leader/people management experience (managing a team of 5 initially)
- Confident, strong, challenge and review skills
- Someone who thinks outside the box
- Good communication skills
- Excellent modelling skills in excel
- Ambitious and driven to continuously improve self and others
