We have an exciting new opportunity working for an industry leading Telecommunications company. Our client is looking for Performance & Quality Managers with background in service delivery/performance management to join an exciting project.

Performance & Quality Manager - Telecoms - Responsibilities:

- Monitor and report on the operational and financial performance of the service delivery unit for a specific customer/contract to the RDM.
- Monitor and report on the overall operational and financial performance of the global center or regional MS delivery organization to the SD&O MS PM.
- Report to MSIP OA, MSIP Deployment or MSIP P&D operational performance and infrastructure KPI according to the report requirements.
- Ensure that the delivery units are working in completely alignment with the New MSTOP processes, using the global tools (MSDP).
- Initiate and drive improvement plans to correct operational or financial performance deviations towards a specific WLA, under coordination and support of the RDM.
- Initiate and drive improvement plans to correct operational or financial performance deviations towards the global benchmark and targets.
- Manage the hand-over of resources, services and activities to the global or regional delivery unit to fulfil or expand the WLA scope, securing the availability of the required capacity and the operational readiness of the local or global delivery organization.

Performance & Quality Manager - Telecoms - Experience:

- Must possess a university degree in Engineering, Mathematics and Business Management, or equivalent experience. 
- Minimum of  5 years' experience with managed services and operations preferably with external experience acquired working for operators in the operational performance area.
- Previous experience as a Service Delivery Engineer/Manager, Project Manager, Process Developer and Quality Manager or similar.
- Multiple years of demonstrable industry experience.
- Certifications ITIL Foundation.
- Technical and/or functional skills: Telecom domain.
- Leadership skills: Metrics Management, Decision Making.
