Roc Search's client is looking for a Contract/Performance Manager to come on board on 3 month contract in Surrey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Senior Contract Manager in the contract and performance management across the total portfolio of service agreements.

Within the post you will need do take budgetary responsibility for Service Level Agreements as effective monitoring of the Payments by Results process in collaboration with finance colleagues. The post holder will need to act as contracting lead with a number of service providers in particular in relation to the negotiation, production and establishment of Service Level Agreements, their review, evaluation & management, ensuring that the organisations objectives are agreed and negotiated into these agreements.

Leading on the organisations Co-ordinating Commissioner duties and responsibilities as they relate to the delegated portfolio of contracts as well as leading on agreed programmes of work representing the organisation at appropriate levels.

Essential Skills:

*Must have NHS experience (Acute, Hospital or Mental Health)
*Experience of MS Office and Excel
*Change Management experience
*Very well developed negotiating, analytical, interpersonal, planning and organisational skills
*In-depth understanding of Service Level Agreements
