Performance Management Developer

Experienced developer needed to work on a combination of web pages for application data and Back End processing. Includes collecting data from network devices and related data processing of large data sets with high performance requirements. Will also support network performance data collection for features on a performance management application. Will support functions of architecture/design, code, test, and support.

SKILLS:

- Knowledge needed in Java, J2EE, Spring framework (could include portlet, tag library, Tiles, JSF), WebLogic application and web server, Perl/Shell Scripting, Linux.
- Along with developing WebService applications using WebLogic, should be able to install, configure, administer, tune, and monitor its application and develop other Client Server applications.
- Additionally, must have skills with secure file transfer SSH/SFTP/SCP, XML, XSLT, SOAP, and WebService interface knowledge.
- Must have knowledge of Perl and Shell programming, development on Linux environments, large volume data processing for high performance, and distributed and parallel processing.
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills to work with network and systems engineers in identifying gaps and issues, proposing and implementing solutions.
- Network/Communications software development experience is desired.
- Knowledge of SNMP a plus, but not required.
