Hyphen have an exciting opportunity to work for a large Utilities client based in Hinckley, Leicestershire as a Performance Excellence Analyst/LEAN Capabilities Coach for an initial 3-6 month contract.

Candidates are required to have experience of LEAN. Candidates are required to deliver training and follow up coaching sessions, supporting performance excellence. The role is working with a central team to introduce, develop and embed a performance excellence framework, supporting the engagement of key Stakeholders in the analysis and design of change programmes.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF LEAN PROCESSES AND COACHING.

Duties:

- Assisting thorough change processes
- Running team meetings
- Measuring performance against agreed goals
- Assisting teams to drive results/key performance indicators and coaching are also required
- LEAN and COACHING experience are essential requirements for this role
