My client, a Public Sector organisation are looking for a Performance and Improvement Team Leader to cover some Maternity.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar position for with a council or Housing Association.

The Role - Develop and deliver a formal performance management framework for the Housing Management Service.

Co-ordinate the preparation, collation, consultation and submission of the Housing Management Service Business Plan and all associated Service and Section Plans.

Responsible for developing Business Intelligence and in particular customer profiling and satisfaction and developing strategies to maximise customer experience and perception. Co-ordinate the Housing Management Service Customer Satisfaction policies and procedures including managing, monitoring and analysing customer responses and assisting with appropriate service improvements.

Operate and implement the Housing Management Service Complaints Policy, the Elected Member and MP Enquiry Policy and all associated procedures.

Lead on service reviews and implementation of action plans to achieve improvement and transformation.

Lead on the assessment of risks and risk management for the Housing Management Service

Co-ordinate the delivery of a customer orientated housing management service achieving high quality, excellent performance levels and value for money.
