Brook Street are currently working on behalf of our Global New Media Client to recruit a Performance Account Manager. This will initially be on a 12 month contract for services.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Senior Performance Account Manager, the contractor Performance Account Manager sits within the Account Management team and partners with Sales and Services staff to manage network performance campaigns.

The PAM will undertake the day-to-day management of campaigns and is responsible for execution of the customer's order and ensuring that campaigns are fulfilled in line with the customer's requirements and expectations. The PAM will work with internal teams to identify new business opportunities for our performance business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day running of campaigns communicating regularly internally to Agency Account Managers & directly to clients
- Proactively monitor and optimise contract delivery and report progress against client goals keeping the Account Team informed of the status
- Communicate monthly & quarterly forecasting for the Network business
- Proactively optimize campaign and the business to ensure highest return on investment
- Work with Agency Account Managers to ensure advertisers are satisfied with the service, reporting and insights they receive from the network business
- Manage accurate and efficient booking of sales contract data into internal systems in line with established sales process and policy

As a candidate for this position you will be able to demonstrate:

Strong proven Account Management/campaign management exposure in the online environment. Agency/media owner experience is desirable. Proven capability of growing a performance business and managing complex processes.
