Essential Skills:

- 1-2 years experience in PeopleSoft Financials and/or HR or another ERP same perimeter 
- At least 2 years experience in management accounting, finance
- Knowledge of a kind ServiceNow ITSM tool more
- Bac +2 to Bac +5 in Management - Accounting - Finance AND/OR Information System
- Fluent English required
- PeopleSoft
- Oracle SQL Query Language
- A ITIL

Job Description

PeopleSoft Support Analyst & ServiceNow (Level 2 Support) provides solutions to problems and responds to requests for service transmitted by the Service Desks (Level 1 Support). If necessary, escalating the incident to the appropriate support group. You will receive incidents and service requests worldwide

The right candidate will be responsible for analysing, monitoring and resolution of these applications within a team of 6 people, staying in direct contact with the Service Desks and key users.

You will also work on the Finance modules (AP- GL -AM -AR -Billing -PO- eProc) and HR (Workforce Administration) from PeopleSoft and the ServiceNow SaaS ITSM (Incident management, exchange, problems, etc.)

Your mission:
- Respond to requests for assistance
- Processing configuration requests
- Create/modify user queries
- Write in a clear, precise and concise communications and procedures
- Analyze/solve application bugs
- To participate in the control treatments night
- To address security demands
- To participate in the capitalization of knowledge and document recurrent cases

Our client, a global SI is looking for PeopleSoft Support Analysts for a role based in Lyon, France.

This will be a 2 month contract with right candidate starting immediately.
