PeopleSoft HCM Project Manager (Talent)
Currently in the market for a PeopleSoft HCM project manager to implement Talent in version 9.2.
PeopleSoft has recently been implemented for the management of HR and payroll processing in addition to the Taleo recruitment tool.
Modules include, Learning, Performance and Skills Catalogue.
The main role is to manage the Talent Management project, involving the development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.
