Immediate requirement for two project managers, candidates from a Banking background will be preferable.
Role Description:
. Delivery Project Managers to work across the HR Portfolio
Key skills required
. Proven PM delivery experience required with HR platform domain knowledge.
. Strong influencing and communication skills required to support interaction with key business stakeholder and dealing with offshore development teams.
. Excellent PeopleSoft delivery experience. Other ERP Platform experience desirable eg Oracle E-business suite or SAP.
. Minimum of 3 end to end implementations, multi country and geographies
Experience of Cloud based solutions preferable - Workday, success factors, Taleo
