A Columbia, SC client seeks a highly qualified PeopleSoft HR/Benefits Functional Consultant to join their team.
CANDIDATES WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK ON SITE.

DESCRIPTION:
The client is looking for a consultant to join their team that can assist in:
The near term with functional specification documentation the transition to test script development
Testing support
Training support
Transition to operations support
PRIMARY TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
Functional specification documentation (primarily integrations & conversions)
Functional support for development activities (eg architecting test data, clarifying requirements/specs, etc.)
Creation/maintenance of test scripts and scenarios for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Documentation and migration (across pre-production/production environments) of PeopleSoft configurations to meet USC's unique business requirements
Tier 1 triage support for SIT and UAT
Provide functional input as a working member of the Security team in support of designing and testing assigned module application security models (including work centers)
Provide functional input as a working member of the Change Management team in support of designing desktop procedures and job aids (using UPK)
Create analytics to include PS Queries, nVision, Dashboards, and other reporting needs
Validate various configuration, conversion, and transactional data
REQUESTED SKILLS:
Ability to work on all remaining project phases including configuration, testing, and transition to operations
Assist the team in fully integrating the PeopleSoft system into their current business environments and provide input on best practices
Advise on options, risks, and any impacts on business processes or systems
Minimum of five years PeopleSoft experience
Experience with PeopleSoft 9.x/PeopleTools 8.53.x or higher
Solid understanding of integration of all HCM modules
Strong knowledge of HR and Benefits modules
Training experience preferred - including experience with PeopleSoft's User Productivity Kit (UPK)
Proven public sector and higher-ed business knowledge
Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations
Clear and effective communication
Consistently produce clear, concise status reports
Ability to work closely and effectively with the lead consultant for the Grants/Project Costing/AR/Billing/Contracts effort.
