Our client requires a Functional Lead for a new HCM PeopleSoft project.
Functions:
- Plan and Lead major HRIS projects approved by upper management.
- Ensure deadlines are met and critical issues are raised in a timely manner.
- Lead and status all phases of the projects including project initiation, planning, execution, and control & closure.
- Provide training and helpdesk function to end users.
- Responsible for day to day support of existing deployments.
Candidate:
- Worked as a Functional Lead
- Implemented Workforce Administration
- Ideally some payroll interface design experience
- Can set up and configure PeopleSoft
Ideally MS Projects experience
