PEOPLESOFT HCM ANALYST/SUPER-USER

SKILLS: System testing, analysis, and reporting

SUMMARY:

Our client is in a leading provider of healthcare services. This analyst evaluates and tests new or modified software programs and software development procedures used to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conform to establishment guidelines. Writes, revises, and verifies quality standards and test procedures for program design and product evaluation to ascertain quality of software. Reviews new or modified program, including documentation, diagram, and flowchart, to determine if program will perform according to user request and conform to guidelines. Gather and document business requirements; analysing requirements and prepare documentation for technical guidelines to develop program enhancements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Must be able to independently create test plans
- Perform product and system testing
- Compare product behavior to expected behavior.
- Ensure system integration is complete and ready for production
- Issue logging, tracking, analysis, reporting and management
- Develop documentation including test plans, user guides, internal release notes, and design documents
- Participate in software development life cycle for new and existing products
- Post production support
- Coordinate work activities with other team members
- Test Planning and Test Case creation

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Knowledge in testing and evaluating performance of programs/applications/software
- Quality Assurance experience
- Experience writing business and technical requirements
- Experience writing test cases
- Experience working in the different phases of SDLC
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Visio
- Familiarity with Agile Methodology, Scrum, Sprint
- Testing Methodologies
- Candidates should be familiar with PeopleSoft HCM( Base Benefits, Ben Admin) and Payroll
- Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years of equivalent experience
- Healthcare Insurance Industry experience preferred
- Experience with Previous AS400 Mainframe is highly preferred
- Experience with web based applications/systems is highly preferred
- Experience with SharePoint
