Peoplesoft Global HR Consultant/Data Lead

Our client, a Top Tier Banking Group, is recruiting for a PeopleSoft Global HR Consultant to be responsible for planning and managing a cut-over. PeopleSoft Global Payroll experience is required for this role, alongside experience as a Data Lead on at least one UK HR/Payroll system implementation.

You will be responsible for data strategy and delivering a data plan; data dependencies; data reconciliation; data cleansing completion, data retention strategy; data quality standards set; and data archiving. Also responsible for planning and successful management of a cut-over.

ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE:

PeopleSoft Global Payroll experience

The ability to understand the challenges of creating a data strategy and approach

An understanding of the concepts of ETL across multiple technology platforms in order to deliver fully reconciled, quality data to target application

Knowledge of data archiving options, data cleansing methods, and retention requirements
-

It is essential to have successfully managed at least one major HR/Payroll cut-over

Experience of working with both HR/Payroll departments and technology streams

Ability to create a detailed plan, write weekly progress reports and experienced at delivering presentations

Knowledge of functional and technical specification writing
