PeopleSoft Functional Consultant
One of our major clients is looking for a PEOPLESOFT FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT, FLUENT IN FRENCH, WITH FUNCTIONAL EXPERTISE IN PEOPLESOFT ENTERPRISE LEARNING MANAGEMENT (ELM). This is for a 12 month contract in Brussels, Belgium. The ideal start date is 18th of June 2018.

The PEOPLESOFT FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT will be responsible for:
- Provide functional consulting by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire systems development life cycle for PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management.
- Work on all project phases including fit/gap, configuration, and testing of PeopleSoft ELM.
- Assist clients in fully integrating the PeopleSoft ELM into their current business environments and provide input on best practices
- Advise clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
- Configure the PeopleSoft ELM to meet each client's unique business requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Minimum five years of PeopleSoft Functional experience with at least 1 ELM Implementation experience
- PeopleSoft 9.2 experience
- Upgrade and implementation experience
- Excellent French Proficiency
- Ability to work on all project phases
- Expert knowledge in PeopleSoft ELM
- Understands PeopleSoft Core-HR to ELM integration
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM is an added advantage
