Peoplesoft ERP/ETL Specialist

Designs, develops, and implements software packages. Troubleshoots, debugs and implements software code. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude required.

SKILLS:

- May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- More than 4 years of deep hands on Techno-Functional experience in PeopleSoft tools & technologies.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in supporting PeopleSoft North American payroll applications and functional knowledge on NA Payroll, US Taxes, Employee Benefits.
- Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular technology (SAP, Hyperion, TIBCO, Passport, MicroStrategy, and other related technologies).
- Strong experience in PeopleSoft HRMS 9.1 (NA Payroll, Payroll Tax, GL, Core HR, and Time and Labor)
- Strong experience in DB2/Oracle, PS Query, SQR, Process Scheduler
- Deep understanding of NA Payroll processes, US Taxes, Year End processes with leadership Skills
- Experience in US Tax update processes
- Experience in service management supporting business critical applications, handling Incidents, Request & Problems and Enhancements.
- Experience in leading PeopleSoft projects (both implementation & customizations) covering from requirements to post production support.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
