PeopleSoft Business Analyst

Overall Role Purpose

We are currently recruiting for a PeopleSoft Business Analyst for our client who is a global leading organisation based in Essen, Germany.

You will Act as a corner stone between business and Service Providers, ensuring effective coordination, understanding and communication.

Participation in PeopleSoft 9.2 Migration and Roll Out Project.

Key Responsibilities

* driving the successful delivery of systems and process solutions
* opportunity to lead and contribute to PeopleSoft HRMS development and operations
* Key focus areas include: PeopleSoft HRMS Workforce Administration and Development, Performance Review and Success Management
* Participation in Migration Project and subsequent Roll Out Project

Main Tasks

* determining and documenting business requirements
* creating systems specifications
* developing and executing test plans
* streamlining and improving current processes
* create user documentations
* Coordination of country project teams
* Coordination and consultancy in conversion activities
* Coordination and consultancy in interface design

Basic Requirements

* Must be willing to travel globally (approx..30%)

Professional Requirements:

* Experience in business analysis and execution of all steps in the system development lifecycle in conjunction with implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS
* Expertise in Human Resources business processes
* Expertise in PeopleSoft 9.1 or higher
* Knowledge of HR, Recruiting, Performance Evaluation, and Compensation business processes
* Knowledge in Interface Specifications (e.g Payroll)

Languages:

Fluent in English and German, oral and written and able to negotiate in both languages (must)

Experience Requirements;

* Has worked in large/global and multi-cultural organizations
* Has international working experience
* Has a good understanding of application operations and roll outs
* Workshop facilitation: basics are known (must), proven experience (desirable)
* Has experience in HR processes and systems
