7 plus years of PeopleSoft functional knowledge in Financial and SCM. Large scale implementations and knowledge of PeopleSoft 8.9 & 9.1. Ability to conduct CRP and have hands on deployment experience. Any experience with healthcare or hospital environments for is a plus

Business Systems Analysts study the overall business and information needs of an organization, in order to develop solutions to business and related technology problems. A business Systems Analyst's role is usually undertaken prior to the system design, building and programming stages of the systems development process. Works closely with clients to identify business needs and the costs and benefits of implementing a computing solution. Construct IT definitions based on identified needs of the organization. Work with other IT experts to address networking and hardware needs. Devise and document a general system design based on the client's anticipated requirements. Negotiate options with the client.

What is the purpose of the position and the major outcomes that are desired with successful fulfillment of the job? Phase 2 Upgrading Peoplesoft from 8.9 to 9.1 - 5 different tracks of work - Maintenance.

What level of education is required? Desired? 10 years experience - BS preferred - HS diploma or equivalent years of experience.

What are the top 3 skills needed to succeed in this position? Knowledge of supply chain management, AP, GL, KK (comment control), Inventory and purchasing. Excellent communication skills.

What are the top 5 daily responsibilities? Working on concept phase, reviiwing process with stakeholders, gather business requirements, Looking at the current process and how it can be made more effective.
