Pensions Specialist

Our client, a well-established and respected transport operator, is looking for an interim Pensions Specialist to deliver and manage their Pension Auto Enrolment process from vendor selection through to go live on 1st November 2013.

You will be required to assess and select vendors for tender, establish and deliver how Pension Auto Enrolment will interface with the organisation and the processes behind it ready for go live.

Pension Auto Enrolment will go live to 1300 employees with a high volume being blue collar.

The process behind Pension Auto Enrolment needs to be assessable and user friendly to the whole workforce. The initial assignment will be a full time for the first few months with the possibility to be reduced to part time once the vendor selection has been made.

Our client is looking for an HR Consultant who has experience in delivering and advising on Pension Auto Enrolment from initial set up to go live and have a good understanding on timescales, costs and vendors within the market. You need to have experience in delivering Pension Auto Enrolment for a company at a similar size.
