We are seeking a Pensions professional to support the in house member services team for a period of four months, you will be responsible for providing support to the team during a particularly busy period.

As the Pensions Services Support your main responsibilities will involve:

The role will be varied and will involve, among other things:
Dealing with complaints
Answering member queries and calculations
Managing discretionary cases
Supporting 'change' and 'rectification' projects
Reviewing processes and providing assistance on technical matters.

As the Pensions Services Support your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

Ideally APMI or FPMI qualified
Extensive experience of working within pensions

What we're looking for in you

We are looking for candidates who have previously worked within pensions and either have experience of working for a 3rd party supplier, thus having a service delivery ethos, OR have experince of delivering pensions projects.
