PEGA LEAD SYSTEM ARCHITECT - SPAIN - 12 MONTH CONTRACT
A leading global technology services company with strong Pega capability and footprint is seeking a Pega LSA to join on an initial 12 month contract, however you can choose to sign an initial 6 month contract if preferred.
Pega Version 7.x/5.5
Language skills: English - German/Spanish is nice to have.
LSA typically needs to have strong technical skills obviously in PEGA but also understanding in other underlying/allied technologies like SOA, Database, JAVA, A knowledge of Financial Industry solutions esp around private banking is plus in this case.
She/he need to have strong knowledge of SDLC process both waterfall and agile, A LSA typically starts contributing right from inception of the project to post deployment.
LSA would also have strong interpersonal and team mentoring skills as LSA would work closely with the PM/Delivery Manager on the project continuously improving quality and productivity of the team
In this case the team size would initially be about 10 and grow to 25, Project State is large scale add-ons to initial stable application to increase usage/rollout to wide community. The large scale additions are typically done in sprints and deployments occurring in quarterly releases.
