- Able to work independently within a business area and assists at the enterprise level to influence the technical decisions during all phases of the project.
- Must be able to discuss the practical application of applying Pega in various software developmentproject scenarios.
- Must be able to convey a through understanding of the Pega technical concepts.
- Must have a solid knowledge of Agile/Iterative Development. Continued in nice to have skills.
