Projektbeschreibung

Candle are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer (level 1 and 2) and MCP with excellent Windows XP/7/8, LAN connectivity, mobile device, desktop and hardware skills for an immediate contract start.

Working in a friendly and supportive team, your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Responding to service request ticketing, providing phone, email and remote diagnostics to identify and resolve customer reported issues
- Providing desktop support
- Configure, troubleshoot and fix hardware, software, mobile, printer/scanner/copier issues

Recent corporate experience and excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability to provide high customer satisfaction.

While this contract is for one month initially, there is a good chance that the contract will be extended for a further two months.
