Payroll Manager Job

PAYROLL MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Gaithersburg, MD.

THE BIG PICTURE- TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Experience with reviewing all HR master data entries keyed by Payroll for accuracy
- Ability to calculate salary adjustments for overpayments or claims
- Maintain Payroll Control Record in SAP
- Processing - SAP Payroll System

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for running a number of payrolls, within one country or across multiple smaller countries, through a team of payroll officers/administrators
- Determines local procedures and is responsible for setting and monitoring quality standards and compliance measures are met
- Will be involved with system updates and projects involving payroll change

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Monitor Payroll Help Desk and provide assistance/response when necessary
- SAP Experience is preferred
- Organizational skills
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
