Payroll Manager (ACCA/CIMA)

Payroll Manager/Finance Manager/Payroll Team Leader wanted.

Skills needed: ACCA/CIMA Professional qualification, SAP and/or and ERP environment, recent experience of working in a Payroll team environment

My Swansea based client is looking for a Payroll Manager/Finance Manager/Payroll Team Leader for an initial 3 month contract.

Background:

The Payroll Manager role has been vacant since September 2012 and is being backfilled on a temporary promotion basis. The temporary manager has resigned and will vacate the role imminently. Attempts at permanently filling the role on level transfer/internal promotion have been unsuccessful. The post will be advertised externally but an interim is required to fill the position until a successful candidate is identified.

The Payroll Manager/Finance Manager/Payroll Team Leader role:

Provide direction for effective operational management and delivery of high quality customer services by the Payroll Data Team and ensure that the team meets the service and performance levels agreed with Shared Services' customers; support the Finance
*ACCA/CIMA Professional qualification or equivalent level of experience
*Experience of working in a Shared Service environment;
*Experience of working with SAP and/or and ERP environment.
