PAYROLL & BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR - BANKING - LONDON - £150 P/D - 6 MONTHS

This organisation is a leading financial services organisation who is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join their Human Resources department in their head office in London.

Your role will be to manage and process the 2 monthly payrolls, deal with staff queries on pay and benefit matters as well as administering the company Pension Schemes.

It is ESSENTIAL that you have had previous experience dealing with ADP SUREPAY payroll system.

Key Requirements:

- Experience of running monthly payrolls using a payroll bureau preferably ADP Surepay.
- Previous experience in administering benefits using an on line flexi benefit package
- Proficient in the following Word, Excel and Outlook skills
- Service quality and value orientated
- Confident - able to communicate across all levels and deal with challenging situations
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver results to quality, time and cost
- Ability and willingness to work within small teams and with extended teams across different parts of HR and the business.
