PAYROLL ANALYST (30 HRS/WK)

DURATION: 7-month contract (W2); possible extension

LOCATION: Rockville, MD 20852

JOB NUMBER: 58407

CLIENT: One of the country's largest health care and health plan providers

PAY RATE: $17/hr

STANDARD WORK HOURS:

- Around 5 hours per day/30 hours per week maximum
- M-F approximately 10am - 3pm
- We really need coverage on a daily basis due to project requirements
- We could not consider someone who can't work 5 days a week

TOP DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answering calls from managers about timecards
- Performing historical edits in the time system
- Processing Kronos pay adjustments
- Auditing reports
- Knowledge around FMLA

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred (priority will be given to these candidates)
- Knowledge of automated timekeeping system - 2-3 years' recent experience
- Knowledge of union pay practices - 2-3 years' recent experience
- Proficient in MicroSoft Office Suites and Kronos
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- PHR preferred, not required

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR IS a dependable, reliable worker. Someone who has Kronos and FMLA knowledge. Someone who has knowledge of Union pay practices.
