Core Experience- Payments Operations Architect, Treasury, Project Management, IT Strategy, IT Project Management, North West £500-£800pd.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL PREFERABLY HAVE-

- Experience of the Payments & Treasure banking domains, and knowledge about current trends in the required market.
- Experienced solution designer on payment solutions organisation and following a project from initiation through to project delivery
- Knowledgeable about the various payment schemes, such as Faster Payments, Visa/Link, Swift and so on
- Experience of working in an environment with multiple suppliers and ableto liaise, direct and communicate fluently in all aspects of solution design
- Experience of working with Middleware integration technologies, preferably WebSphere, Linux and Message Broker
- Exposure to integration with Mainframe systems for handling payments
- Exposure of working with the business and/or IT in setting the strategic, goals within the Payments and Treasury banking domains.

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE-

- Provide assistance and IT Matters to the business during the development of requirements
- Produce High Level designs for new systems and changes of any size and Complexity
- Act as peer reviewer for High Level Designs within the Solution Architect team
- Ensure that all designs meet (and are traceable to) agreed Business Requirements, align with Strategy and Architecture, are cost effective,
- Deliverable and supportable and are delivered to time, cost and quality
- Lead virtual design teams, drawing on resources from across the Bank,
- Partners and 3rd parties create solution designs that meet the requirements of the business and align with the overall IT strategy and architecture
- Skills and knowledge transfer to permanent staff
