Payments Sales/Bid Support Consultant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales/Bid Support Consultant to work on a contract basis within a Mobile Payments company based in Central London.

The overall role purpose is to drive the adoption of a new mobile payment product through the management and commercial engagement with banks, acquirers and merchants in collaboration with the sales team.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

* Experience in the Payments industry either at a Bank, significant acquirer or other payments provider;
* Proven project management skills;
* Have been involved in a bid management responsible for managing the end to end process including contract negotiation for significant deals in excess of £10m in the finance sector.
* Customer focused - can demonstrate a balance between meeting customer requirements and achieving the objectives of the client;
* Commercial skills - Has previously been involved in contract negotiation of significant deals including developing contract schedules;
* Excellent presentation skills, this includes developing winning presentations as well as presenting them;
* Attitude
* Proven experience in stakeholder management at a senior level;
* Team player and can influence and manage people in a Matrix environment;
* Ability to formulate ideas, articulate influence and implement them
* Flexibility - Willingness to adapt and flex with requirements of the role and be prepared to accommodate change.
