Payment Administrator/IT PMO Analyst

PAYMENT ADMINISTRATOR - ADVANCE EXCEL, PIVOT TABLES, PO, INVOICING, ATTENTION TO DETAIL. BASED IN BEDFORDSHIRE, 3 MONTH CONTRACT (WILL RENEW) £250 P/D.

Payment Administrator with Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, PO, Invoicing and a good Attention to Detail required to join FTSE Top 100 eCommerce business based in Bedfordshire for an initial 3 month contract paying £250 p/d.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Payment Administrator will be accountable for financial relationships within IT business area. Your duties will include; Billing, Monitoring, Savings, Reporting and managing commercial change process across suppliers to the IT business unit. You will work collaboratively with Business, IT finance and external 3rd party suppliers to ensure procurement and financial processes are used to maximise the business units ROI. You will be responsible for reporting to the business all supplier spend.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

-You will have previous experience working in a financial reporting/administrative capacity supporting large eCommerce, Retail, Gaming or Travel businesses. Working specifically within IT business units managing finance and expense.
-Good exposure and experience with financial processes, raising checking Purchase Orders, matching invoicing details and ensuring accuracy throughout your work.
-You will have Advanced Excel Skills and be able to use Pivot Tables.
-Exhibit a strong attention to detail - ensure good compliance principles are followed and adhered too.
