Pay and Benefits Specialist

A leading financial services firm is currently looking for a Pay and Benefits Specialist to join their Payroll and Benefits team. You will be the primary point of contact for employees and third party companies to provide the payroll and benefits solutions.

Responsibilities include:
* Running UK and US payroll
* Income Tax compliance
* Managing benefits providers and assisting in contract negotiations
* Supporting annual benefit reviews
* Assisting with policy formulation and interpretation across Payroll, Benefits, Pensions and International Assignment Management

Essential Attributes and Experience
* Experience in the administration, process and management of Payroll
* Excellent excel skills
* Understanding of HRIS Systems and HR Data to be confident loading, extracting and manipulating data
* Proven experience managing 3rd party Benefits providers

Understanding of US benefits and Employee Taxation and experience with ADP Payroll Systems and CIPHR HR systems will be a strong advantage.
