IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Implement programs to support the journey of patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and ultimately work with the local health care system to improve the treatment of this disease and/or the patient journey
-Develop and execute projects initiated by relevant IBD team members to support their customers, resulting in better and more efficient treatment outcomes helping the client to be seen as a key partner in the specialty space by patients, physicians and nurses and therefore to strengthen the client's competitive position
-Develop effective working relationships and work closely with internal stakeholders (KAM Team and Marketing, Market Access, Public Relations, Supply Chain, Medical, Drug Safety and others) and external partners (insurers, support/advocacy groups, physicians, pharmacists, nurses, vendors and legal advisors) to understand the business requirements for delivery of optimal patient services for specialized therapeutic areas in the pharmaceutical markets
-Responsibility for the planning, organization and implementation of IBD and MM (multiple myeloma) specific projects including patient support programs, patient services, engagement with patient associations etc.
-Monitor and maintain a high level of field intelligence to assess, evaluate, interpret and incorporate the currently available programs as well as unmet needs and requests of internal and external stakeholders
-Maintain open dialogue with internal stakeholders to share field intelligence regularly
-Work cross-functionally and with external vendors/suppliers to ensure flawless project execution with regard to develop program components, SOPs, and to test, launch and evaluate and refine the initial program as required
-Continue to monitor projects post-implementation to assess impact and fine tune as needed
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Bachelor's degree with relevant medical background preferred (e.g. science/nursing)
-Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry in sales and/or brand management or sales management, especially in Specialty Care
-Proven experience in developing and/or executing patient support programs
-Be familiar, and comply, with all local laws and regulations related to programs initiated by the pharmaceutical industry, particularly but not limited to patient support programs
-Ability to communicate ideas and medical data (verbally and written) in a persuasive and appropriate manner
-Fluency in German and a high level of in business English, French language skills are beneficial
