IHRE AUFGABEN:

-You will be staying abreast of internal and external trends in patient-centricity, and will be key in the development and implementation of the Global Medical Patient / Nurse relation strategy
-You will be driving and supporting collaborative projects with patient / nurse initiatives to enhance the patient centricity of our global, regional and local medical activities, including clinical trials, educational and other medical activities or services.
-You will be leading the implementation of processes driving patient-centricity including external platforms for knowledge and data exchange to patients / nurses in evidence generation activities

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-A professional with a MD, life science, PhD or certified nurse or any other certified healthcare background with solid track record in professional patient interactions including professional experience, both in clinical practice and within the pharmaceutical industry.
-Proven track record in working successfully in an international and a cross functional, often virtual matrix environment with shared accountability and responsibilities
-Proven expertise and knowledge in drug development, regulatory and commercialization processes
-Proven expertise in the principles and techniques of data analysis, interpretation, and assessing clinical relevance
-Professional experience in interactions with professional organizations / associations within the patient / nurse area is strongly preferred
