PATIENT ACCESS REPRESENTATIVE III needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Diego, CA

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Eligibility, Authorization or Referral experience
- Healthcare Customer Service Skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Will gather patient demographic information and enter data into database
- Conduct insurance verification, benefit limits, and eligibility
- Register patient for diagnostic, inpatient and outpatient healthcare services
- Schedule appointments, procedures and provide necessary information to patient and families
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Two (2) years+ experience in a health care setting
- General knowledge of managed care plans, medical terminology
- Knowledge of scheduling, insurance verification, patient registration
- Meditech knowledge and excellent computer skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
