PAS Product Manager/Project Manager/Subject Matter Expert: 6-9 Months Contract

An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our prestigious NHS Clients for a PAS Product Manager/Project Manager/Subject Matter Expert.

The role will be to augment the current expertise in the organisation with a subject matter expert with ideally experience around Silverlink ICS PAS Knowledge.

The role we have in mind is to provide advice and support to existing work package teams and, for some work packages, co-ordination of a work package. The main requirement for this role is a detailed knowledge of Patient Administration Systems in acute care and experience in PAS system management and hospital administration business processes. Preference will be given to anyone with specific experience in the Silverlink iCS PAS.

Key tasks include:

·Support the staff in setting up EHT on the iCS PAS for the test take on (TTO) environments and the LIVE system over the next few months as required.

·Advise on the best way to tackle particular issues across all the work packages identified above using experience of PAS.

·Support the gap analysis work, using PAS expertise to identify the best way to support potential differences in working practice.

·Co-ordinate process redesign work package if this is appropriate to skillset.

·Support development of the training programme and support the creation of the training documentation as required in conjunction with the Training Work Package lead.

·Provide advice and participate in the decisions around how system management can best be provided ongoing.

·Participate in some of the data migration work as required, appropriate to skills and experience.

·Assuming experience, support for the management information and reporting work package including supporting the testing process, process redesign and development of training materials with regard to reporting.
